Responsibilities
Reliable Post employees are the only individuals allowed to install or remove our posts. For liability and safety purposes, we ask that you inform your clients of the policy before placing an order. Your client can cost you time and money when they remove or relocate our post.
Comunication

Reliable Post employees are equipped with cell phones and the ability to stay in constant contact with your office staff. Drivers have the authority to contact agents at any time at your request. We believe that communication is the key to your successful advertising needs. Please give us your mobile number so we can call you from the field if a problem arises, in addition to any office
extensions that may route us to your listing faster. This can avoid delays in completing your order and guesswork for the installer. Our goal is to do the job correctly, on time, the first time.

Placing Orders

Order forms can be printed out and faxed to Reliable Post.

 
Fees

Inside The Perimeter: $35-$80. Your selected post’s (Yardarm, Craftsman, Imperial or Tall Boy) rate for 90 days, then just $15 to extend the post for the next nine months. After 12 months we charge the post’s rate again.
Outside The Perimeter: $35-$80. Your selected post’s (Yardarm, Craftsman, Imperial or Tall Boy)
rate for 90 days will have an additional fee of $5 for the first 10 miles, then an additional $2/mile to the property. The extension fee is $15 for the next nine months. After 12 months we charge the post’s rate again.
Trip Fee: $20. In order for your signs to be placed in the best spot that markets your house to potential buyers, we encourage you to order everything you need at one time. However, we understand that events sometimes dictate otherwise. We are available to drop off extra items, pick up unnecessary ones, remove or add items or fix something already at the site. This is in addition to any other fees that are charged.
Trip charges may also be added to orders with incorrect addresses or addresses where the post is no longer in place.
Lost Post Fee: $100. If a Post is lost or damaged and cannot be used again, you are responsible.
Please advise sellers or buyers to leave the post where it was installed.
Clean-up Fee: $25. If a Post is picked up in condition deemed non-usable, due to nail holes, glue or other disfiguring, we will charge you the replacement cost.
Reliable Post and Sign company is not responsible for the marking or damage caused by hitting utility's or sprinkler lines. We will do everything we can to place the post in a safe place. Please always let us know if there is sprinklers in the ground.
